Asher Roth Signs To Def Jam

Asher has moved over to the house Russell built, and will release his second album in March 2012. Prior to that, however he’ll drop an iTunes project titled Pabst & Jazz Sessions, featuring the likes of The Cool Kids’ Chuck Inglish and production team Blended Babies, on December 20th. Thoughts? Opinions? Bueller?

his different and doesnt tell lies about selling drugs and being in the hood doesnt matter if his white he makes good music

  5. That doesn’t seem like a good match.

    Congrats anyway Rawth!

  6. I don’t know, man. I had some expectations prior his debut album release. But now?

LMAO at dumbing it down. Debut album was terrible.

  7. As long as he maintains the quality rate of the past few releases Asher should have a pretty respectable lane for himself. congrats

  8. Good shit bro. Time to celebrate. Roll up the dro.

Drop the album and it’s sold. Give it two weeks and its definitely gold. Whats the name of it? Let it be told.

IS THIS TOO ORANGE? HAHA CAN”T WAIT!

  9. Asher is dope, and I predict big things. “The 10 Best Subliminals of 2011 (So Far)” http://www.kidswastingtime.com/2011/11/10-best-subliminals-of-2011-so-far-2-1_21.html

  10. he makes music like he has for the past couple months its worth a listen for me. still a big fan.

  11. Ash is great, good luck man I know I’ll be waiting for it to drop…

  12. Good for him..High hopes for Mr. Roth

  13. Didn’t he just go number 1 on billboard? Doesn’t even have a single with Kid Rock? Didn’t he just sign with Bad Boy? oh yea, that was Mac Miller, Yelawolf & Machine Gun Kelly… you’ve been lapped Asher.

  14. Asher could wipe the floor with machine gun kelly and mac miller and as far as yelawolf goes I love College had more success than yelawolfs singles

  15. as long as they put his album out i dont care what label hes on. scooter braun and universal were too pre occupied by justin beiber to get his album out and now that hes working with def jam, his album finally has a release date. he needed to change labels, i mean they had him make a whole project with pharrell and then they couldnt even afford the bill to get it released. def jam will be good for Asher and Asher will be good for def jam

  16. Asher’s still the best white rapper since Eminem.
