Cole is my absolute favorite up and coming MC in the game right now, hands down but this is 3rd version of this song he’s released and the last 2 r just features for people to lay a hook down to…the 1st was Problems without a hook jus the beat going until he spits his next verse, the 2nd was called Leave Me alone with just a new hook from Kevin Cossum and now the 3rd is now called Pass Me By but with just a new hook from B.o.B, no verse…can’t hate on anything from J. Cole but I am a little disappointed that this isn’t a brand new track, with a new beat and atleast 1 verse from Bobby Ray…FAYETTENAM

  23. I’m trying really hard not to be a hater here. But I guess I’m going to be a hater. I think Cole has some talent – but it’s as a decent/slightly above decent underground rapper. When he tries to make songs with mass appeal for a wider audience it just comes off so boring and average. Dude just doesn’t have the charisma or chops to be Jay-Z or Kanye and make pop/radio records, face it. Keep making songs like Who dat that are pretty dope but will never blow up – that’s your ceiling, Cole.sry.
