Thurz just sent over this video of a track that’s to be off producer Ro Blvd’s upcoming project, which I’m gonna go ahead and co-sign as being dope prematurely just off the strength of the stuff he’s done on U-N-I’s A Love Supreme and El Prez’ Animal Style!.

How this track didn’t make the final cut for In Search of Stoney Jackson is beyond me! However it did land as the B-Side to the 12″ of For the Best Times. StonesThrow also released an instrumental version of the album, check the bonus.

Dammit… right when I go and say I’m done with SXSW posts, I get this special video from the homies YO & Thurzday. The above clip is a nice little medley of their performances at the Karma Lounge and the OKP Showcase and  DubFrequency Showcases. At a BMI conference yesterday, I ran into a few (2)Dope favorites who were gracious enough to give a quick shout-out. And yes, I know, not the best quality, but whatever. I’m working on this freestyle video too, I promise!

The time has come. It took a little longer than I was thinking but it’s definitely been worth the wait.
