Sitting down with my old stomping grounds, Kurupt reveals that Tha Dogg Pound and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony have squashed all of their past issues and will be working on a collaborative album, appropriately titled Thug Pound.
Right now we’re fixing to be working on a Thug Pound album with all of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and all of Dogg Pound. Snoop [Dogg], Daz [Dillinger], myself, Soopafly, Krayzie [Bone], Wish [Bone], Bizzy [Bone], [Flesh-N-Bone], Layzie [Bone], the whole ball of wax. These are new works.
What are y’all thoughts on this? Do you still think all parties involved have what it takes to make something great? Or is this another collaboration too late to worry about?
I’m just happy Snoop Lion is nowhere to be found here. Spotted: YHTN.
Big Snoop Dogg aka Snoop Lion takes a short rest from the Reggae riddums & revists Rap with the DPG family to bring you “That’s My Work Vol. 1″! 20 Bangin tracks for the G’z & Hustlaz who are always on the grind. Mixtapes includes features from Daz, Kurupt & Soopafly (DPG), Dom Kennedy, Hustle Boyz, & many more..
You know what I’ve always wanted to know? Who the hell were those two folks in that skit before “Some Bomb Azz Pussy.” Like, that shit still boggles my mind to this day. Anyways, Daz and Kurupt trade bars over Meek Mill’s summer smash on this cut slated to be on their D.P.G.C’OLOGY mixtape.
