Nothing to really write here. Just bask in the sounds and reminisce, my God. Or learn something new. The last joint is not R&B per se, but is produced by Eddie F who has handled production for R&B artists ranging from Mary J. Blige to Jodeci.
Back in March WE jumped in the mixtape game with The Fabolous Life. Now it’s Lil Wayne’s turn. Dopeboyz and dopegirlz… it’s time to take a journey on The Wayne Experience. Featuring 72 R&B tracks that Weezy has be featured on during his career. NewMusicCartel, respect the conglomerate.
Damn, I really fell off on this series huh? Take 4 was back in August! Ha… I’ve been promising to bring it back and I’ll follow through. For the new(er) dopeboyz/girlz… this is basically a weekly post I’ll be making (usually on a Sunday) that will feature the week’s R&B leaks (since they aren’t posted on their own unless it’s a new Ne-Yo joint or it features a rapper). I’m gonna hit you tonight with about 20+ new/unreleased joints. Then we’ll be back on schedule this Sunday. Yessir! So hit the jump and vibe out to some music from Bobby V, Cassie, Monica, Mya, Brandy, Lee Carr, Sammie, Ne-Yo, Usher and more.
Let’s slow it down for a bit with some new John Legend, off his Evolver album, coming October 28th. Props to Josh for the hook up. SHAKE EDIT: I apologize for Meka’s uploading of a 64kbs rip haha. I’ll edit when I get a better quality version. UPDATE: As promise, here goes a CDQ version, courtesy of DJ Jules.
Oh great, now everybody is gonna do these shits. *Anticipates Shake drop-kicking Internets A&Rs because of the mass influx of “Love Lockdown” freestyles in his inbox* SHAKE UPDATE: To make this post worth it I included a few shots from the video shoot, featuring Dolicia Bryan.
Haha. I have no clue where that title came from! Anyways, I’ve been on a huge R&B kick lately and I’ve randomly been posting joints from Ne-Yo, Cassie, etc. So I figure why not drop a (hopefully) weekly post that brings you the weeks leaks in R&B, pop, soul, etc? I figure there are dopeboyz and dopegirlz that need the baby making music, the I wanna dance my ass off music, etc. Right? Here goes new music from Ne-Yo, Ryan Leslie, Mario, Avant, Danity Kane and more.
I first heard of Megan Rochell off of Ghostface’s last album, now Steve-O shot over her latest single. I actually digs the fuck out of this beat. On a semi-related note, how do most R&B acts sometimes end up with the best beats that shoulda been rapped over first? Makes no sense.
I had a few stray joints that I’ve been meaning to post and figured I would get them up before I pass out. And don’t act like you’re not checking this post and what I’m saying! You know Ms. Lima has you stuck haha. Check the four joints right here then hit the jump for some music from Wiz Khalifa, Praverb, St. Laz, Ali Vegas, Red Cafe, Sha Stimuli, Rain and more.
