French Montana hosted an Excuse My French album release show at Webster Hall in New York City and brought out some surprise guests. Diddy, Swizz Beatz, Wale, and Raekwon joined French on stage and here’s a video recap of the event.
As a “customer appreciation offering” Soul Temple liberates a previously unreleased Wu-Tang track featuring Inspectah Deck, Raekwon, RZA and U-God. Take a listen below and purchase with a “name your price” option here.
Raekwon took to Instagram earlier today to reveal that he and Jay-Z are finally getting in the studio to put in work. With Rae finishing up his F.I.L.A. album and Hov reportedly working on his next solo LP, it’s up in the air as to where the actual music will end of living. But one can hope that the final product results into some of that classic drug/crime talk. Shouts to Lenny S for making it happen.
Probably one of the few songs some of you non-fans of French would be interested in listening to. Excuse My French, May 21st (check the snippets here).
Shallah Raekwon took over Chicago’s The Shrine a little bit back, and the good folks of Camovement were on hand to have a first-hand experience with the legendary artist during his show.
On the eve of the smoker’s holiday, DJ Premier and Raekwon are gonna be rocking down in Denver, Colorado as part of the Incredibowl’s 420 Extravaganja. On top of it being one of (if not thee) first legal 4/20 parties, DJ Premier will be spinning a two-hour “smoke” set and Raekwon will be performing Only Built 4 Cuban Linx in it’s entirety. Sounds like a dope evening regardless if you partake in the herbal activities. Take a look at the promo video above and head down bottom for the event’s flyer. Tickets are available now.
This leaked earlier, but we wanted to wait until we got the official green light from Statik to post. New single (which is available on iTunes now) off Statik Selektah’s upcoming album, Extended Play, dropping June 18th on Duck Down/ShowOff.
