“U Were There” is taken from from Substantial’s forthcoming mixtape, WINK (Something Substantial), which will take listeners on a 10-year journey of Substantial’s music, focusing mainly on his his love/relationship songs. From throwback classics like the Nujabes-produced “Eclipse”, to 3 all new exclusive songs to add to the fire. In efforts to help the relief in Haiti, the QN5 crew are auctioning off rare autographed collector’s items. With the winning bids being doubled then donated to the America Cross. The first auction ended with a $130 bid which was then matched by the Salesforce.com Foundation. The next item up for bid is an autographed out-of-print pressing of PackFM’s first 12″ vinyl single release, Freestyle Marathon b/w Relay Remix f. Wordsworth & Rise and BackPack.
