Used to be a title showing a capability to mix and scratch existing music to create a new sound (the equivalent of the digital match-up artists of today), but now anyone who has made a track line-up on a tape or burned CD has the same talent of the self-proclaimed narcissistic DJs of today who for some reason buy their material on LP even though all they’re doing is fading at the end of one track into the beginning of the next.
Emcee/Producer Ron Rico hailing out of Baltimore MD, displays a raw rap style while the beat delivers an old school feel with heavy drums and a Rock driven sample. Ron’s latest material will give his fans a chance to know him as an emcee thus the birth of his first single “This Is Something” featuring Nottz Raw.
On March 9th, House Shoes got a lightbulb. And when House Shoes gets a lightbulb, it’s usually pretty flawless. So with a bunch of Biggie acapellas in his possession, the Detroit DJ/producer reached out to a couple of his friends (Nottz, Waajeed, 14KT, Quelle Chris, Khrysis, Nameless, etc) and had them do what they do best.
