I’m making this post for two reasons. One to congratulate both the Men’s & Women’s USA Basketball teams for taking the gold in this years Olympics. The Men’s final game was really dope. I’m glad I stayed up to watch it. Talk about intense! Leave it up to Kobe to take over the 4th quarter though! Now onto reason 2. I used the image above for a reason. Anything seem weird to you (click for larger version)? Yes, Coach K is sitting down while his team is standing. And yes, the tall to small line up is messed up with Howard up front. Dah well, 6th Sense shot me this a little while ago and I was waiting for him to make the post himself so I could follow up on it. Teaming up with Mick Boogie to commemorate a trip they made to Nike’s HeadQuarters in Portland. This shit’s pretty slick. Not to mention they put it together in 2 days! Kanye just posted this A-Trak x Lupe collab that was meant to be on A-Trak’s Nike + Original Run compilation. They couldn’t get clearance for Lu so they grabbed KiD CuDi to hop on. Shouts to waxx for the heads up. I’ve yet to try out A-Trak’s 45 minute mix but listening to it during a sitting session on my couch I think that I might still be using Aesop Rock’s mix instead. Both are dope though.

Andrew continues to drop bombs with these unreleased Chicago gems. This time dropping a track from The Cool Kids that didn’t make The Bake Sale. The above video was done by Amir George and uses the Unos track as a backdrop. I’m definitely not a sneaker head, espcially compared to my dopeboy parter but I still feel U-N-I came with that anthem. Can I get an ode to New Era?
