Remember when this guy tried to go after Mazzi over that hipster-rap kerfuffle? I guess he also realized how futile it was and went back to kicking regular raps, like this 16 right here.

So according to Alex, the RubyHornetTV Freestyle in the Park series will now be associated with imeem. That’s dope. Their good people over there. What up Will!? Anyways, for the first series post-YouTube they showcase Chicago’s Mic Terror (aka Mazzi’s favorite person in life haha) and let him spit a few bars. And since we’reon RubyHornet talk, they just conducted an interview with Rhymefest which is pretty dope as well. Be sure to check it out.

Some might remember Mic Terror only for his battle with Mazzi of S.O.U.L. Purpose that went down last month. Lots of back and forth and lots of shit talking from both ends. That’s basically my only exposure to Mic Terror, but Andrew insists he has some talent so when I got these two records sent to my inbox I figured I would check them out. That, and the fact that M.I.A. is super dope. So after hearing these joints, what are your thoughts on MT? I think he suits the Come Around (rmx) but I’m not so fond of the song about juking hoes…

The on going beef between Mazzi (of S.O.U.L. Purpose) and Mic Terror continues with another video being released from Mic Terror’s end. What you got Mazzi!?

*yawns*
Mazzi’s phone call intro > this entire track. Props to FakeShoreDrive for this one. SHAKE EDIT: Unlike my apathetic partner, I dig the Public Enemy choice (10x better than that cracktastic choice of Lean Back*). And Mic actually comes off better than his last effort. I look forward to Mazzi’s response. I do agree with the phone call intro. That was on some classic Linda Tripp shit. Don’t know about that? I might have to upload the battle.

*I don’t say crack in a good way. I’m not down with that movement.
That was fast. Props to the Best Of Both Offices.
PREVIOUS: Mic Terror – Class Dismissed (Mic Terror Response)

Despite Mazzi saying that the Jay Electronica & The Cool Kids diss record and video were an experiment, Chicago’s own Mic Terror still took offense. I understand why, some of the stuff was still aimed at clothing, fashion, etc. Mic Terror can spit, believe me, but this seems too a bit off. Not sure about the Lean Back beat choice either. I’ve been checking his stuff though ever since Andrew posted some awhile back. Which is where I snagged this as well. An accompanying video will be dropped today.
