I think it’s safe to say Melanie Fiona has officially made it. As if The Bridge’s critical and commercial success weren’t convincing enough or opening nightly for Alicia Keys’ Freedom Tour weren’t indication enough, she’s now been asked to sit down for a Soundcheck interview, a seat reserved for pop princesses, musical powerhouses and creative geniuses. In this teaser clip, Ms. Fiona speaks briefly on the importance of having fan support and interacting with them as well as citing a few of her musical influences.
