As I said the other day, I joined my good friend Andreas Hale at the Wild Card Gym in Los Angeles to spend the day with Manny Pacquiao and his team as they prepare for the fourth clash with Juan Manuel Marquez. In part two of the Life+Times piece we showcase Manny’s rigorous training, Bob Arum explains why this fight will be different than the previous three and the changes Manny has made in his personal life in order to be the best fighter he can be. We also address the elephant in the room: Floyd Mayweather. Bob Arum, Manny Pacquaio and Freddie Roach all give their take on whether they still believe the fight will happen and what exactly is holding it up. And last but not least, Bob Arum discusses the similarities between Pacquiao and Muhammad Ali and where he believes Pacman belongs on the list of top pound-for-pound boxers of all-time.

In case you missed part one, click here, as we discussed the first three fights between Pacquiao and Marquez, why Pacquiao decided not to face Timothy Bradley in a rematch after their controversial last bout and more.

This Saturday, Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez will be squaring off for the fourth time. And while we don’t normally cover boxing over here at the DopeHouse, I joined my good friend Andreas Hale last week in Los Angeles for an exclusive training camp visit. With HBO and CNN being the only other media outlets present, we (shooting for Life+Times) got to spend the day with Manny Pacquiao. In part one of this two-part feature, we speak with Top Rank promoter Bob Arum, Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach, sparring partner Ray Beltran and Pacman himself. Covering a number of topics, including the first three fights, why Pacquiao decided not to face Timothy Bradley in a rematch after their controversial last bout and more.

50 Cent Deads The Money Team

If his new boxing promotion company with Manny Pacquiao didn’t ring any alarms about his relationship with Floyd Mayweather Jr., Curtis took to Twitter last night to make a few things clear.

If anyone wants a money team jacket I’m selling mine for a dollar. The nap back hat comes with it. That’s a fare price. I move the fighters to SMSpromotion cause the other half of the money team .Didnt put up their $MONEY$. Get your TMT sweat suit NOW!! For just $7.99 on line No shipping and handling.

Now, the next question is… what will Ray J do!?

First Canibus took a major L during a battle and now Bradley won in a insane split decision in his fight with Pacquaio? Yeah… 2012 is REAL.

Pacquiao vs. Mosley

Stupid question, who y’all got? Also, if you can’t catch the fight anywhere, my man Andreas Hale over at TheWellVersed will be giving a live play-by-play report from ringside.

Pacquiao x IM KING Charity Tee

In honor of Pacman’s mollywhopping of Cotto, the good folks at IM KING crafted this tee shirt not only for Pacquiao, but also for a special cause as well:

On Behalf of the E.L. Productions, Klevah Management, and Mass Hysteria Werx. IM King and Manny Pacquiao is proud to announce it’s Special Edition Official Charity T-Shirt collaboration with the current best Pound for Pound Light Welterweight Champion of the World, Manny “PacMan” Pacquiao. This genuine partnership not only commemorates Pacquiao’s fight against Miguel Cotto on November 14, 2009 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada, but also mark’s valiant efforts to raise proceeds to help Typhoon Victims in Pacquiao’s homecountry of the Philippines. Major devastation and tragedy struck on September 26th, 2009 to Metro Manila and it’s surrounding areas. Part of the T-Shirt sales proceeds will be donated to the needy victims on behalf of the E.L. Productions and IMKing.

The IM king “Pound4Pound” design is an inspiration based off Chief Datu Lapu-Lapu, who back in the 16th Century fought back against Spanish Conquistador, Ferdinand Magellan, and successfully defended his village and fellow Filipinos. Pacquiao actually portrayed the legendary country hero in an annual re-enactment held in Cebu City, Philippines, as he is the perfect modern day example of Lapu-Lapu as a national hero. It is Pacquiao’s Filipino Fighting spirit and an inspiration to the people to make it out of adversity and never let anything stop your dreams. It didn’t take long for the design concept to materialize between IMKing’s Creative Designer, Brian Tampol, and Mass Hysteria Werx’s CEO, Brian Ortencio, who are both of Filipino backgrounds.

The Tee will be available for Pre-Order on IMKing.com NOW! If you want to do a pick up at our Santa Ana office please email info@imking.com. The shirt is now AVAILABLE HERE.

Check out the variations of the shirt under the cut.
