The 2013 XXL Freshmen who recently signed a recording contract with Def Jam freestyles over Outkast’s 2003 classic, “Ms. Jackson.” His upcoming project, Young Sinatra: Welcome To Forever, arrives May 7.

With the ink on his new Def Jam deal beginning to dry, the Maryland emcee is the next up on XXL’s Freshmen screen.

Shortly after being named one of XXL’s 2013 Freshmen, Logic is now the newest employee over at Def Jam. According to DX…

Starting on May 1st in Philadelphia, each “freshman” from the cover (ScHoolboy Q, Ab-Soul, Trinidad James, Action Bronson, Joey Bada$$, Kirko Bangz, Logic, Travi$ Scott, angel haze and Dizzy Wright for those living under a rock) will rock the stage.
