The frontwoman of J*DaVeY will drop a three-part project, L0-F!, a rock-tinged series of EPs starting on October 2nd with L0-F! Side A.

Remember a year ago when the Flying Lotus-produced version hit the nets? Yeah… I do to. Now, Wajeed keeps his ongoing flood of unreleased gems going with the orignal version that he produced.

Kenny Fresh and I were going to release this mix on our Waajeed x FreshSelects project last year. The homie Blu asked me to remix the original version produced by Flying Lotus. After I finished this ruff mix, he asked for a two track of the instrumental to relay his vocal. He agreed to send it back so I could finish it…… It never showed up. To quote Jay-Z, “What the fuck you done to that?” — I gotta admit, those were the first words that came to my head when I heard what Blu (one of my favorite emcees) did to my remix. Well, It’s sorta like a remix of a remix. Check his version, here. I felt you should hear my original version and judge for yourself. – Jeedo

So after what seemed like forever and a day, Blu is finally gearing up to drop his long-awaited, oft-delayed NoYork!. Here is the latest offering from it, featuring BananaClipse‘ wet dream.

We’ve been posting tracks off the upcoming project from the L.A. based production duo L.A.U.S.D. for quite sometime. I got a sampler of the project in the inbox earlier today but since I’ve been bogged down with work since the early AM I hadn’t got a chance to check it until now. Go figure, there’s a joint with Blu & Jack Davey on there! The rest have already been posted here already, but I included the link anyways incase you guys missed some. If you’ve kept your eyes to the internets you should already know this track is gonna have an insanely flirtatious vibe. If not, I’ll let the homie Kenny Fresh explain…

Now I don’t know the full story between how this track came together – but I do know that after Blu spit the lines “Pipe dreams, I reach for daily/Stoned daisy, and daydream about bonin’ J*DaVeY” on the track “Say Say” (which you can only hear here), Ms. Davey re-posted the XXL video of the verse on her blog with the title, “I HEART u 2 blu.” And they definitely play into that sentiment on the track, so that might have something to do with it… or maybe I just spend way too much time on blogs. Probably the latter.
