Welp… since each and every upload site is giving me bullshit at the moment. Let’s catch up on some videos shall we? Here goes Red Cafe’s latest interview with Jenny Boom Boom. In part 1 (above) Cafe wants to call Puff to announce he’s officially signed to Bad Boy. Puff’s off his rocker though with putting Red in the same category as Big, Nas & KRS-One. Cassie also hops on the line to tell us why she fucked her hair up. Part 2 (after the jump)they talk about how the money gets devided up between Diddy & Akon. They also talk about some legal shit and the current state of hip hop. Part 3 (again, after the jump) brings in the topic of ghost writing, Diddy’s business reputation and more.
Some live footage of Drake performing his soon to be monster radio smash (believe it). Shouts to the homie Zack for the clip. Word is, there will be more coming shortly, via OnSMASH. Also… Dre did what I wanted (but was too lazy to do so) by mixing the clean hook (you-the-you-the) with the explicit verses of the mp3. Thanks! Also, hit the jump for the visuals to the audio we posted the other day of Drake’s first radio interview in the states (with the lovely Angie Martinez). This is the entire interview, as the audio YN ripped missed the first part.
Since some of the dopeboyz out there are comparing Big Sean with Drake, it’s only right to make a post featuring the T-Dot’ian. Angie gets the first official radio interview with Drizzy… who talks on his TV past; pretty much confirms the track with Hov (not included in the audio), denies writing for Wayne and praises his genius, etc. Shouts to RR on the ripppage.
*If this starts hitting the radio (nation wide), I can imagine the amount of people who are gonna jump on the Drake train [II] all late and shit. Everyone singing you-the-you-the best!
Funk Flex keeps it all the way real in his latest interview with KiD CuDi about his views on internet started rappers. Speaking on the pros and cons of the rap world; who CuDi likes and more. Gotta respect Flex for keeping it 100 and letting the world know his faults and that he’s trying to embrace the internet world. I was just like them when I heard the title Lark On My Go-Kart. Totally missing the Lisa drop haha.
Flex: I guess I have to learn to grow a certain respect for artists from the internet. I’m learning today. I guess it’s scary for me being a DJ and a fan of the music being in a nightclub and not knowing where it came from and everybody else does. I’m learning to embrace the movement.
Killa was recently on Hot97 with Angie Martinez. And since I don’t get East Coast radio, I rely on my NMC bredren (and YN) for the rippage. Shouts to RapRadar for the links/blurbs…
DOWNLOAD: Part 1 (Plays Jason Bourne. The analogies are crazy. Hillarious)
DOWNLOAD: Part 2 (Cam comes clean. Jomo lyin’ about the phone call was final straw.)
DOWNLOAD: Part 3 (Cam reminisces on past and plugs his future. No homo.)
DOWNLOAD: Part 4 (Brief outro with a few nice jabs at Ma$e.)
Jenny stops off at Hot97 and chops it up with Funk Flex about his new album, Pray IV Reign. He also reaches out to Flea Cam for a possible reunion. Aka, he’s finally realized that all his “hot” singles aren’t as big as he is saying and needs an extra track up his sleeve.
After getting cut down by Angie, the titty monster chops it up with Funk Flex about the usual shit. Speaking of shit… Ross said something about him having a BET Testimonial special, that will clear the air about his past. *cough*bullshit*cough* Sorry about that, my throats been acting up lately. Anyways, shouts to RapRadar on the audio rippage.
The Fat Elephant makes an appearance on Angie’s show. Sorry Joe, the Curtis x Officer Ricky shit isn’t going to help you at all. Speaking of Angie… she also sat down with Mavado (check that after the jump).
