Rhode Island rapper / producer phenom tandem Juan Deuce & Falside are at it again: fresh off of the underground-wide buzz generated by their early 2012 release The Mechanics EP, the duo have returned with No Sweat (Deuce) and East Toast (Fal), a pair of solo mixtape-style releases to help sustain your sound systems.

Here’s a little instrumental loosie by the homie Falside on a psychedelic tip.

After months of preparation, the Rhode Island native unleashes No Sweat to the internets. Check the blurb below for producer credits and features, then hit the jump for the download link.
Ricky Shabazz & the Boom Bap Boys and Juan Deuce present No Sweat. After the major success of his collaborative tape with Falside for The Mechanics EP, Juan recruited a team of slick producers to craft the music on No Sweat: Falside, J57 and Audible Doctor (of The Brown Bag All-Stars), The Doppelgangaz, Fonzi Wells, pJAYd, Fakts One (The Perceptionists), and ACB. Juan flexes over the diverse production, showcasing his growing lyrical muscles with a little help from fellow New Englanders Jon Hope, Romen Rok, and Dj Emoh Betta. Stream, download, share and enjoy! Note: Physical copies of No Sweat and Sweat Band Bundles will be available for purchase via Strange Famous Records later this month.

Falside remixes a Hudson Mohawke song for this beat, as Juan Deuce re-recorded his vocals from his song “Freeze”. The result is this head banger only available with the purchase of the physical copy of Juan Deuce’s upcoming mixtape “No Sweat” dropping digitally 7/12/12. The physical copies will be available exclusively through Strange Famous Records on 7/24/12.
As Juan Deuce prepares to drop his new mixtape “No Sweat” this month and Falside is fresh off his recent release of “East Toast“, watch footage of Providence’s buzzing duo Juan Deuce and Falside performing “GUTS” live at the Fete Ballroom. “GUTS” is off of the pair’s collaborative project “The Mechanics EP” which is available exclusively via Strange Famous Records store.

The homie Falside recently unleashed his newest project, East Toast in conjunction with PotholesInMyBlog and RappersIKnow, and as expected, it’s fresh to def. Stay tuned, as Fal and the dopehouse will be cooking something up real soon!
Last summer Providence-based beatsmith Falside blessed us with Snare Conditioning, a beat tape so full of good vibes it had people young and old running barefoot through the streets, cracking fire hydrants and shedding clothes. A year later, and with several other projects securely under his belt, Falside marks his return with East Toast, an instrumental album that serves as another high-definition display of the young producer’s ever-growing versatility. On East Toast Falside’s production runs the spectrum: he shows off how purposefully he can handle samples, how intricately he develops original compositions, and how nimbly he can change gears from some complex, deep shit to the feel good shit he does so well. Falside also brought the two very talented luminary MC’s Has-Lo and Ceschi along for the ride. Please share, spread, post, and enjoy!
