TVOne has been doing their own take on VH1′s Behind The Music docu-shows for a while now, and although I miss them half of the time (I don’t know what time they orginally come on, and I end up catching reruns on a lazy Saturday afternoon) Splash gave a heads-up last night for their latest episode they shined the spotlight on Erick And Parrish Making Dollars. Check it out.
To cap off Hit Squad Reunion show that went down last night at the Best Buy Theater in NYC, EPMD, K-Solo and Redman perform track-five off Business Never Personal. After the jump I’ve included a clip of Method Man & Redman performing Da Rockwilder and Das EFX hitting the stage with They Want EFX.

With the Hit Squad reuniting on stage this Friday in NYC (damn, I wish I was out there!), Erick and Parish Making Dollars take a seat with Combat Jack, Dallas Penn and them. The interview itself starts at the 44 minute mark, but the overall show is one to hear (as usual).

The Film Skool Rejekts pay homage to the legendary EPMD. Tracklist and download link after the jump.

New E Double and Parish Smith. This seriously made my day. Also goes to show you gems like this and De La’s The Return of DST can still recreate that old-school, boom-bap original rap and still be relevant in 2011. RR.

EPMD along with DJ Sratch played their first concert in London together for the first time in 10 years.
Boston’s Parker Vision builds with Eric Sermon & Parrish Smith about their future projects (solo albums from the two, as well as a new EPMD album), the differences between today’s hip-hop and yesterday’s more organic sound, and new artists they’re feeling (J. Cole is mentioned). Spotted at X’s domicile.
Zeke provides footage of EPMD’s Cinco De Drinko Mayo performance at Harpers Ferry.
A short documentary on legendary rap group EPMD. We spent a day with Erick Sermon and Parrish Smith as they performed in front of a crazy audience. Busta Rhymes,Onyx, Masta Ace, Edo G, Dougie Fresh, Ghostface Killah and Raekwon also make guest appearances.
Shouts to UGCharizma on the heads up. Part 2 after the jump…
