After unearthing some previously unreleased footage of Eminem and Dr. Dre in a London nightclub over a decade ago, Tim Westwood dug back in the vaults and surfaces with the above little gem. Click play and watch Eminem, Proof (R.I.P.) and the rest of the crew get down in a session twelve years ago.

As the title states, Big Sean, Eminem, Mr. Porter and Nickle Nine were all recently in the studio together. No word on what exactly was worked on but Big Sean has hinted at a possible collab with Eminem in the past and both of them have albums scheduled to drop this year. We’ll just have to wait and see.
Now that we should be expecting a new Eminem album in 2013, Tim Westwood dug in the vaults and liberated some unreleased footage of Em and Dre partying at a London nightspot in 2001.

It’s a real unique situation, because we’re signed there and he’s one of the greatest rappers ever in my opinion, but as just a person, it’s really like family.

Speaking with Billboard, Paul Rosenberg (Em’s long-time manager, Shady president) gives the latest update on Eminem’s eighth studio album.
We fully expect to be releasing a new Eminem album in 2013. He’s been working on it for some time. It’s safe to say that it will be post-Memorial Day at some point, but we’re not exactly sure when. We’ve got some dates locked in for him to perform live in Europe in August, so we’re trying to see what else lines up.
On top of Em’s untitled album, Rosenberg also shares that 50′s Street King Immortal is scheduled for a first-half release; with Yelawolf and Slaughterhouse prepping their Sophomore efforts as well. If all goes as planned, Shady is gonna have a busy year.
Continuing his chat with FUSE, Curtis speaks on the recording process of the second Eminem-assisted single (the first being “My Life“) off his upcoming Street King Immortal LP.

Asking 33 artists and experts — Rick Rubin to Pete Rock (full list can be found here) — to choose their favorite hip hop tracks, Rolling Stone crunched the numbers and came up with a 50 Greatest Hip Hop list.
