Even though the homie Spintelect is currently Talib Kweli’s tour DJ, this podcast he’s done with JVZZI & BRASS has no kind of nutritional, Black Star-esque feel to it at all. Play this on your way to drunkenly groping a member of the opposite sex at the local party tonight.

The homie Spin launched his company a few Saturdays ago, and here’s a visual recap of it. Looked like a lot of fun, actually; wish I could have made it.
The homie Spintelect is launching his new venture, Everybody’s Rival, this weekend with a pair of parties at both Los Angeles’ Turntable Lab and the Arsenal Bar, and is bringing the likes of DJ Revolution (Wake Up Show), DJ Sean G (Pac Div) and DJ Gravity One (Spin Addicts) along with him. The best part is, there is no cover for either and one even has an open bar for a couple hours. You get the opportunity to party and drink for free? If I wasn’t headed to Canada I’d be in there my damn self.
I’ve never had a Pink Panties drink in the history of ever, on account that I have a pair of testicles. However, the homie (and Talib Kweli’s tour DJ) Spintelect links up with clothing company TwelveBar (I need a pair of jeans, guys!) for a late-summer mixtape. Tracklist and link down bottom.
Tour DJ for Talib Kweli (and friend of the dopehouse) Spintelect sits down with HipHopStories to speak on life as a turntable specialist. Check out part two down bottom.
The homie Spin sent this mixtape over, and it’s getting instant shine off the strength of the artwork, which – alongside the tracklist – you can check out down bottom.
