I already know you’re skeptical. I was too, and I manage Astronote! Think of one thing and then thank me after you listen to the remixes. This mix is hosted by Talib Kweli, one of Brooklyn’s finest. Would he jeopardize his career by attaching his name to some subpar Biggie remixes? Hell, would I jeopardize my almost career for the same reason? haha Astronote is the truth. Don’t sleep!

Buff1 is setting out to do several shows out in Australia over the next 9 days and wants to document the travels. You’ll be able to keep up with him as he will be doing short video blogs. Check the first one. And since the dopeboyz are in Australia (for this post atleast) here goes M-Phazes remix of Buff1′s For You, which was originally featured on his debut album, Pure. If you aren’t up on either of these dudes, you need to step your wiki game up and get get get it.

I’m guessing a better portion of ya’ll aren’t familiar with this Athletic Mic League (Buff1 what up!?) emcee/producer/DJ out of Detroit so I figured I’d give you a quick run down. Black Milk says he’s the next dope producer from the mitten that people are about to start checkin for… Don’t sleep on this cat!! And I agree. I’ve given his upcoming instrumental album, The Golden Hour, about 10 times and it’s fucking great. Above, check his featured video with Red Bull as he recently won their Big Tune battle in Detroit. I have faith he will be on a lot of your iPods Zunes soon. Also, here goes a few joints from the album (which drops October 14th).
I’ve been meaning to do this for a while, but I kept forgetting about it until now of all random times.
