Sally Ferreira, a Queens-born model, slapped 50 Cent with a multi-million dollar defamation suit today. Claiming Curtis tried to “blacklist” her from the industry by calling her a “thirsty video b*tch” and (allegedly) lying that she leaked photos of a video shoot they did together to the media.

“Without undertaking any investigation whatsoever, Mr. Jackson falsely accused Ms. Ferreira of being the source of the MediaTakeOut.com coverage by posting a picture of Ms. Ferreira on his personal Instagram account with the following text superimposed over her image,” the lawsuit says.

“WARNING: Do not attempt to work with this thirsty Video b**** [Her name is Sally Ferreira and she’s a model…] she sent photos Of the video shoot to Mediatakeout Saying I’m in a relationship Withher Cananyone say RESHOOT,” 50 Cent wrote.

Below the photo, the rapper added, “Big FAIL, super thirsty, new shoot this week coming. Unbelievable #smsaudio #Animal Ambition,” the lawsuit says. [NY Daily News]

The exact figure for the lawsuit is still in the air (PageSix reports $11 million while others have it at $5-6 million). UPDATE: VladTV got their grubby hands on the court documents, showing there are three different claims being filed. $5 million for Defamation, $5 million for Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, and $1 million for violating sections 50-51 of the New York Civil Rights Law. Totaling $11 million.

Either way, I’m sure this will get settled out of court for something significantly less.
