Murs Introduces Murs 316 Roster With New Posse Cut “S.O.S.”

Already one of the hardest working artists in the music industry, Murs has no plans to slow down as he’s recently launched a new label. Named after his and 9th Wonder’s classic collaborative debut, Murs 316 will act as a vessel for Murs to work with new artists and help jumpstart their careers.

Speaking with our former stomping grounds, Murs breaks it down:

I wanted to create a platform for hard-working musicians with good hearts. All the artists I have lined up are good people who want to see their dream manifest and I’m trying to help them do that. I feel like I do have a lot of knowledge and wisdom to impart to other emcees. It’s a platform where I can do all of those things, do features for artists, help them out, give them advice, put them on some shows with me and help out people I felt had a similar work ethic.

To help introduce the artists already signed, the Living Legend released a mix of music that includes two songs from each. Also included on the mix (available below) is the posse cut “S.O.S. (Scrap On Sight)” which has an accompanying video (shown above).

So without further ado, press play and get to know Kosha Dillz, Jabee, Marley B, Cash Lansky, MC Optimal and Reverie!
