During his time on RapFix Live, The-Dream speaks on the “unwritten rule” that comes with working with A-list artists (Jay-Z, Beyonce, etc), his thoughts on Hov post-Blue Ivy and more.

I think he’s becoming more of a painting. It’s just moving. It’s just traveling through time now. It’s like when da Vinci drew something and you have to start looking at it like that.

There’s no way to be surprised again. If any one of us does anything great, it’s hard to surprise you. You already have an expectation level that’s so high. So he’s definitely more skilled and better than he was, but are you really surprised?

The discussion then leads to Terius revealing why he changed the name of his next studio album. Stating the (now) title-track “IV Play” is possibly the best he’s ever recorded and pretty much forced the title change.
