  3. White people have changed the Harlem Shake into a Dance meme that has spread like wild fire.

    Step 1. Have someone dance/move around doing nothing.
    Step 2. When the beat drops…you need to find everybody you can to get into one room and dance like crazy….

    The collective routine is the Harlem Shake….but it is not the Harlem Shake.
