It’s an art form and not ripping classic songs smart guy. Try listening to lex luger he makes original stuff….that all sounds the same. Danjamouf I see where you’re comin from but it’s WHAT they sample, soul and jazz samples gotta cut down, so much versatile music out there, soul/jazz samples over and over is why people under-rate him, I’m a fan of 9th but I don’t consider him top 5 coz he ain’t as versatile as people like Dilla, Madlib or Exile
