  4. yeah blew….i have nearly everything the guy’s released and the only verse i can think of offhand that is repeated is within the last month — the last verse of dela/blu “whatuwanna” matches one of the verses in “maybe one day” off the blu & exile. big deal. you’re gonna have to come with some more citations or stfu.

    also, this is hip-hop. i don’t know if you’re listening to an old pm dawn cassette or w/e, but *every* rapper is cocky. even guys like de la soul brag…so again, stfu. but to put things into perspective, blu is lyrically not that much of a braggart relative to the majority of the shit that’s on the market, maybe one day you were begging him to let you sprinkle the parmesan cheese on his slice of pizza for him and he had to tell you to fuck off before you got the message. cry elsewhere.

  7. This shit is fuckingh DOPE. I’d like to hear more of this from Blu. Being cocky aint never been an issue in my book. As long as you’ve got dope lyrics and the delivery matches the beat then you’re good to go. Blu did just that on this track.
