Originality doesn’t even exist in Hiphop, there are soooo many rappers out there, new and old, mainstream, and underground that every topic has been touched upon. Flows,titles, rhymes, and instrumentals have all been used already. Just tweaked a bit. Thats it. So stop hating on Logic or the song. If it sounded so unique, it wouldnt even be hiphop, it would be another genre.

The song is dope. I’m one of the most honest hip hop heads and I honestly have to say nothing reminded me of Drake upon listening. I think most people like to auto-compare anyone who raps and sings their own hooks. Logic’s flow and voice are a lot different. Not sure where the comparisons come from. I do agree, however, that that one song Numbers (I think?) was very Drake-influenced. But this song is nothing like anything Drake has ever made.
