May Jehovah keep him in His memory. She and her talents are flawless…
the new rick ross album is so hot all over google
This is amazing. Very sad to see that person go to heaven though….REST IN POWER
Miaygi went to my highschool in los angeles and we knew eachother but didnt hang out really until after highschool. We would play ball or just get food. I never heard him talk bad about another person or not have a smile on his face or not go mins. without tellig a joke. He was always in goos spirts. He will be missed.
As a survivor (so far) of cancer, this hits really hard for me (to the point it’s brought tears to my eyes). I’m blessed to have survived, but there some who couldn’t make it. Either way it’s a crazy uphill battle and sad when I hear about those who lost to it. But either way what matters the most is that they fought a good fight. I love Jhene Aiko’s music, she is incredibly talented and she knows how to make music that touches the soul. My condolences for her loss, it’s never easy to lose a close family member.
Ok this is real music and “This is amazing. Very sad to see that person go to heaven though….REST IN POWER” that don’t make sense sad for a person to go to heaven huh I’m sure and every person would say heaven is better than this earth = bills, stress, pain and other bs added on but other wise the joy of family and fresh air is the good but anyways to her bro u in a better place homie.
I love Jhene Aiko. She is so talented. I’m sorry for the loss of her brother. R.I.P.

@bilal you love music because good people die ?

@ewr
its all about the music, she is fine! but its about the music man
jhené is so talented. so much emotion in such a subtle way. my heart goes out to her. thanks for sharing your beautiful voice, jhené, especially in this song
You know it’s not fair to compare eras, but there are very few artists in this generation who can create a piece of art that speaks volumes and still leaves the listener blanks to fill in.
Unfortunately this song doesn’t fall into that category. As heartfelt as the story is behind the song, it’s just too literal for me to appreciate. I commend her for using raw emotion to compose this, but some of the lyrics are just uninspired. I don’t think she’s a very talented song writer.
Look up the Commodores – Zoom. Now that’s a song.
@nooshad I can respect that opinion and everything, but the fact of the matter is that she wrote this song for her brother. For his ears, not ours. It wasn’t written for us to fill in blanks. We just happen to be lucky enough she decided to share.
Regardless of that, I still felt it. With my best friend having lost her sister, even though the situation’s not the same, I can’t help but empathize and feel her emotion. Any man that can’t sympathize should evaluate themselves as a being. I will be playing this for my friend the next time I see her.
