Charles Hamilton is a fuckin idiot man. He ruined his own career. Obviously the dude was on drugs… then he got into it with Soulja Boy..who was a big name at that time at interscope. The guy gets dropped… okay… what does he do?…he shows up at a barbershop dressed like a homeless person and tries to battle Serius Jones lol…and ends up looking like a dummy. Then..he goes and gets punched out by a chick. Then you start eeing pictures of him looking beat up all over the internet.

I enjoyed most of the tapes through the Hamiltonization Process or whatever it was…but then he went off the deep end. Pink Lavalamp is still awesome though.
If he can continue to make music like this, none of the masked, low quality crap that he’s put out then he could easily get back to the status that he was at before all the controversy. I still like CH, his music still gets some play from me but the garbage crap that he was dropping had me thinking the same shit everyone else was.

was just listening to shinin off the pink lavalamp today. charles is definitely talented and one of the few rappers that can legitimately freestyle. i thought normalcy might have been his shot at getting into the mainstream scene (obviously didn’t happen). that tape had some raw beats and the typical hamilton flow. it’s a shame about his personal issues. it will definitely be hard for him to bounce back but i hope he does
