DJ Concept & The Nezitiq Mute – The Glorious Nightmare (FreEP)

The homie DJ Concept dropped off this left-field but still dope-none-the-less EP that falls a little more on the darker side. Think Pink Floyd meets Portishead meets Hip-Hop.

Somewhere between a twisted nightmare & harsh reality, The Nezitiq Mute & DJ Concept take your brain to the outskirts of Hip-Hop. As much rock as it is Hip-Hop, The Mute prove that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, as they concoct a glorious nightmare over the dark & sometimes beautiful soundscape, produced entirely by Concept. All nightmares start somewhere and this one starts with a chemically induced, governmental experiment. Prepare.
