D’Angelo: The GQ Interview

Late pass, but it was such a dope read that I ended up reading the whole thing before even throwing it up here.

Much how Andre 3000 took a years-long sabbatical, D’Angelo pretty much fell off the face of the earth post-Voodoo, save for the occasional arrest, freak car accident and sporadic guest appearances on songs. GQ caught up with one Michael Eugene Archer to find out just what the hell happened to him.

you must be a slow reader.

  2. “Devil’s Pie” is still one of the best tracks of all time!

  3. ^ @moga D – DEFINITELY!

  4. D’Angelo is the reason I started to listen to R&B on a serious level before him all I listened to was Hip-Hop. I would like to hear another album but the most important thing is that his life is back together and that he keeps together.

  5. got damn! this was a good read
