  12. Sometime when driving at night, I realise there are motorists that have headlights like a laser beam! I dont know about anyone else, but it sure makes me uncomfortable and blinding! Is it legal to have these bright white headlights? Another one is, my headlights dim or another word, I dont think it is as bright as other cars’. Can I get a brighter lights but without having to blind other motorists? Please advise.
