Jay-Z Speaks On J. Cole Grammy Nonimation (Video)

“I think it’s great for him, because I’m sure it’s a dream of his. We grew up seeing Michael Jackson, and I’m sure he grew up seeing whatever moment stuck in his mind, so I know it’s great for him to do that,” Hov told MTV News following a press conference announcing a pair of charitable shows at Carnegie Hall in New York. “I think he’s already won Best New Artist, to me. His journey is what I’m really excited about.”

  7. That’s funny, I don’t seem to remember Pappoose getting a Grammy nomination…

  8. @fastflipper if that’s what you define as hate then I guess you are only satisfied with literal dick sucking.

  9. I’m tired of hearing Jay-Z in every single post about Cole. It’s like the dude doesn’t have his own voice to speak for himself. And all that talk like “It’s great for him to do that” and “His journey is what I’m really excited about.” C’mon, man! You act like he’s your little son.
