I really don’t understand how metaphors like this became acceptable. Now don’t go jumpin me because I’m listening with an open ear.   19. the bar must be pretty low these days. everybody wants to be a rapper but in truth only a chosen few are great. none of these guys are great. they are just a bunch of guys rapping and everybody raps….they exist in every suburb, city, flavella, or slum around th world. this justa nother classic case of too many rappers (who are not good) and not enough consumers. there is so much subpar stuff out, including the BET cipher, that it gets more difficult daily to differentiate want good is. Quote of this decade “the bombardment of underwhelming internet and mainstream rappers has led it’s consumers to the acceptance of mediocrity, leading rap down a slippery slope of death, akin to that of the naive dodo bird” the gatekeeper pAstpresent.

  21. HorseShoeGangs first album and the mixtape just before it were dope, I still enjoy listening to them. Second album was mediocore. The beats they get on now just kill me..bubblegum rap shit. Not hatin’ on them though, I just agreed with pastpresent. H.S.G has insane lyrical skill, but not enough content or originality for my taste..With all that said, they are better than 90% of mainstream artists in my opinion.
