The Madden Brothers – Trees f. The Cool Kids

For all the younger dopegirlz out there you may be recognize the voices, as The Madden Brothers consist of Joel and Benji Madden from Good Charlotte fame. Anyways, the two have linked up with the likes of Casey Veggies, Rockie Fresh, The Cool Kids, Wiz Khalifa and more for their latest project. I’ve included The Cool Kids-assisted track below and you can check the full thing after the jump if you’d like.

Most of the artists are relatively new, and are artists we were fans of online, or that we met through friends, that we had cultivated relationships through email, phone calls, and twitter, most of which we have become very close friends with.

Our only real objective for doing this mixtape was to have fun and be creative. There was really no agenda beyond good times with artists we love, and to create an environment where we could creatively be ourselves.
