    I don’t even like Drake, but I applaud him for experimenting with beats. Lloyd has good enough lyrics to try and experiment with beats, so why doesn’t he ever do it?

  28. @ GR I haven’t listed to it yet, but from what I heard from the joints that already dropped it sounded pretty good. If Drake is doing different beats then why does banks? It was a mixtape he wasn’t trying sell anything so he did it for the fans. From reading the post the fans seem happy. We need some “real hip hop shit” you still need to have some basic ish. A lot of people are experimenting with beats right now and your getting some good stuff but at the same time a lot of garbage. Banks was like a good cook he went with what worked. Everyone trying to be different now for the sake of being different no for actually improving or evolving anything. Sometimes if it aint broke don’t fix it.
