Slim The Mobster – War Music (Artwork)

I’m interested in hearing the end result from Aftermath’s latest artist. Judging from everything that has been offered so far, it may sound better than I expect. War Music drops November 8th.

  1. there’s nothin special bout this dude. sounds he belongs with G-Unit back in 03

  2. i guess when this drops i gotta wait for the noDJ version…

  3. They passed on Bishop Lamont & Hayes for this cat? SMH At least Kendrick Lamar is dope.

  4. This is XV’s cousin, right?

  5. I’m excited for this man

  6. Long live BISHOP LAMONT!
Dude was a better choice than Slim. Oh well, looks like the dog isn’t learning new tricks–Jimmy Iovine just wants that money….

  7. Okay here’s my problem with this release. This will be the beginning of a flood of mixtapes from Slim that will lead to no actual aftermath release just a good buzz from the “aftermath” name that will fade out when A) Dre finds another “next” artist B) Slim gets tired of waiting and goes independent thinking his aftermath buzz will continue to bring him buzz

I’m a huge fan of a lot of the artists that was once with the aftermath camp that never got to release an official LP under the aftermath imprint. Stat Quo is dope, G.A.G.E. was dope, Bishop Lamont is dope, Joell Ortiz is dope, and many others that never got to release any material that fans have been anticipating. And what really pisses me off is that it’s probably 1000s of songs from all these artists that we will never hear and considering the caliber of most of the artists we are probably missing out on some incredible music.

  8. whoo kid = i won’t even bother downloadin this…

  9. WHY DA FUCK IS A DJ HOSTING A STREET ALBUM AND THIS DJ CALLED WHOOO BITCH….
