Young Jeezy – .38 (prod. Lil Lody)

With TM103 recently receiving a December 20th release date, Jeezy releases his new street single (that he says is hardest shit since Trap Or Die). Also, look out for that Hustlerz Ambition DVD (narrated by Samuel L. Jackson) that will be accompanying the album as well.

  1. WTF is this? Where is the talent? This is trash man.

Slaughterhouse, Nas, Statik Selektah, Action Bronson, Common, Black Thought, thats the shit I fuck with. Not this garbage ass slavery sounding trash. Its like these artists wanna keep niggaz locked up in shackles, free your fucking mind and revolutionize.

  2. damn… this nigga aint run outta singles yet…after listening to all his mixtapes this nigga shit sound the same now … its getting real repetitive by time the album drops i aint even going to want to listen to it anymore

  3. I honestly don’t think he’s topped “Lose My Mind”. He should’ve just went with that.

  4. ^^^
You’re mentioning “action bronson” with Nas, Common & Black Thought?

Fuck outta here. I didn’t even bother to read your wall of text after that fuckery.

  5. THIS BEAT IS BEYOND AVERAGE … extra ordinary .. seriously …… if he release one more song with a super averge beat and its off the album im not buying … this long wait .. im thinking the beats is gone be musical and epic .. instead i get some mixtape ish

  6. Why does this sound like some Rick Ross meets Lex Luger. Never been a Jeezy fan. However this is garbage. I’d rather listen to Who Dat from Recession.

  7. Not the best from Jeezy. He needs to get back on his TM101 swag. Click my name to check out my blog if you are looking for another source for new music. Thanks.

  8. LUPE

  9. ^that song blows

  10. come on this shit is cool for mixtapes like ross does but for an album single ?naaaaa you see ross went out and got just blaze this nigga jeezy gets a beat that spunds like its been rapped on before and uses ross flow this is nothing special at all jeezy lost jeezy is fuckn finished come on

  11. @Captain Hindsght dont get over dramatic about it like it is blasphemy. It annoys me when people get like bitches if anyone is mentioned in the same breath as their favorite God emcee.

Action Bronson is like a white Ghostface, and I mean that as a good thing, how many rappers can be like Ghostface Killah, one of the elite emcees in hip hop. I’m not saying he is as good as Nas or whatever, but don’t deny he is running some shit.

    _____________

but otherwise, Lil Lody is overrated.

I wish Young Jeezy get back in the Studio with Mannie Fresh and create a real street joint like “and then what” Or even more dope, Young Jeezy goes outside of the box and gets with a dope producer like Freddie Gibbs did with Joker. Young Jeezy + Clams Casino or Hud Mo or Rustie. If he did that he would break out of looking like he is trying to catch up with Rawse.

  12. ross fuckn won just basedon production for his album ROSS GOT JUST BLAZE,ALCHEMIST,DJ TOOMP,KANYE WEST,JUSTICE LEAuGH ,ETC FOR god forgives i dont AND THIS NIGGA JEEZY GIVES US A LIL LODY SINGLE LODY IS A WATERED DOWN LEX LUGAR NO TALENT AT ALL JUST CHANGES THE BRASS P[ATTERNS SHIT IS SAD JEEZY IS DONE DAMN JEEZY

  13. TM 101 & Trap or Die>>>>

    dude fell off hard now…..

  14. finnalllyyyy jeezyy fuck everyone hatin on the snooooooowwwwwwmannnnnn

  15. Follow me @ReeseTheKid

  16. Lil Lody’s beats are so repetitive and predictable. Same HiHat sequence on every beat. Where’s Shawty Redd!?!? TM103 gon flop hard and it hurts to say that cuz I fucks with Jeezy but the production is average and he hasn’t progressed in his flow or subject matter. #Fail

  17. According 2 Wikipedia, Jeezy got a joint wit Em on his album. Anybody got any confirmation on dat? Jus wonderin’ cuz I can’t even picture dat collab.

  18. Lil’ Lody is terrible, and I usually like these kinds of beats

  19. mannie fresh was right when he said he didnt wanna work with jeezy until he decides to show some growth. jeezy we get it, you wanna be like rick ross, but youre better than that

  20. Everyone talking about lyricism and i bet 10% of the people on this post know what the chorus is about…maybe his lyrics are just going over your head?

  21. @dr.butch ..fuck the lyrics that nigga cant pick beats for shit … or if he can pick em’ he dont wanna pay for em

  23. And “F.A.M.E.” is not single material. Shoulda just went with “Lose My Mind” last year.

  24. the number of likes compared to negative comments on this doesnt add up shake fukn wit the likes again if this was rpss rapping the same exact lyrics on this sam ebeat it would of been a thumbs down smh

  25. I don’t know about this… Beat really turns me off, and after he dropped F.A.M.E I was expectin’ a whole lot more as far as a follow up single. I’ve had Recession in rotation since its release, but I have a feeling he ain’t gonna pull through wit this album

  26. Action Bronson is like a white Ghostface

  27. http://thedetroitzuu.blogspot.com/2011/05/kid-tef-presents-detr0t-zuu-bad-bitches.html

    dope tape

  28. THAT STREET SHIT HE TALKING Y’ALL BLOGGING YALL WON’T UNDERSTAND HE TALKING THAT STREET SHIT FOR REAL

  29. Kevin Garnett Lookin ass nigga

  30. lil lody is wack and he’s jackin lex luger style all of his beat are jacked from lex luger’style like “another one” “ballin” and now this one

  31. looking forward to this album much more than ricky rossayes album – ross can talk all the shit he wants on jeezy, but i bet jeezys album does better

  32. This is street shit that Jeezy is talkin’. Y’all prob’ly won’t get that shit.

  33. @Jay Lee I Think that shit be fake, cuz that “Errythang” track was on Ace Hood album and Young Jeezy wasn’t a feature. I don’t think it is. Could be wrong but I’d doubt it.

  34. @lexus Lil Lody is a product of his enviroment…Memphis. Im from Oklahoma so im not backing the dude or on his payroll. The whole sound that he shapes is from Memphis. Listen to old Playa Fly, DJ Squeeky, or 36 that’s the sound they had he just upgrades it in my opinion. I dont think he’s biting of Lex Luger at all. But ehhh lay-a-way shmay-away
