When it comes to being heard (and remembered) these days, there’s much more than having something worthwhile to say. Don’t get it twisted though, that aspect is incredibly important! But to keep the attention of today’s ADD generation you also need a canvas to vibe to, quality visuals to match the music, an engineer that knows what he’s doing (shouts to the homie Ali) and more. All these factors come into play with the Massachusetts-based group The High Life.
I’ve included their video for We Came to Rock up top to give y’all a preview. And if you like what you hear, head on over to their website and pick up their new project Iller.
Video

garbage

my co-worker’s half-sister makes $84 hourly on the laptop. She has been laid off for 5 months but last month her income was $7450 just working on the laptop for a few hours. Read about it on this web site CashLazy.cÒm
Down with this crew, solid hip-hop. Shoutout to The Bridge!
Hella proper
don’t know how i feel about the video but the ep’s dope. first track The Toast @ :15 in… beat’s ridiculous. the joint Last Call too. wasn’t expecting that.
good look shake, this shit is fire. and just wandering, has anybody from 2dope to sleep on really blown up? i haven’t been following that long.
White boy certainly looks out of place there.

much props to THE HIGH LIFE! I’m down with these dudes
Looks a litte forced, song is dope and the quality of the vid is good but it all looks awkward. Just the format of the video like most has been done to death. Song is dope tho, who day on the beat, beats nice as hell.
My people right here, whole crew is dope. Arcitype on the beat @Quan. Lots of good projects coming out of AR Classic, keep your eye out.
very nice indeed
