Reema Major – I’m The One (Video)

A few months ago, I was in Toronto preparing to open up for Big Sean when I got asked to be the “special guest DJ” for Much Music’s Rap City (I know, right?). During the show this flamboyant-as-all-hell teenager named Reema Major debuted some awful-ass song called “Swagberry.” The thing was, I thought she could rap her ass off; why the fuck was she musically panhandling to the lowest common denominator of her demographic? Anyways this video for one of her singles just dropped, and while it shows she can rap… well, you be the judge. Am I being too harsh?
