In this episode Cease focuses on a healthy diet. I gotta admit, this stuff is, well, some of the best stuff I’ve ever see him do in his career. Many kudos to him for this.

  1. Eating healthy is easier said than done. I don’t like humus, crackers at 2am wont fill me up. I do wanna eat healthy bc I do go to the gym. The only healthy stuff I eat is probably my shake.

  2. It aint that bad… I actually like the taste of brown rice better than white rice… Brown noodles you cant even tell the difference. I still eat hella protein like steaks and chicken breast and shredded pork, but cut out the patatoes and tortillas and white rice. The hardest part is cutting off the sugar from frapacinos, soda,candy bars ect. And BEER… HOLY SHIT its hard to not drink beer after a hard day of work or on sunday watchin the raiders lose haha. They got some aight pita bread chips at whole foods, but still not nearly as good as doritos. OG Kush makes all that whole wheat bullshit taste better though.

  5. k3 it aint lifting thats hard its keeping up the diet to build lean muscle mass that can be difficult to maintain… I love lifting and you aren’t supposed to lift everyday. Your body needs at least 48 hours to to repair rest and build up new muscle.

  7. If you wanna lose weight, go running. Not jogging, running. Go to a big field and do 200 yard sprints Monday to Thursday. Do four of them a day, and I guarantee you will lose fat. You can eat anything you want with this routine, if youre not already fat as shit its easy.

    If you are fat, eat healthier, use weights and go jogging.

  8. ^^you cant eat ANYTHING you want..just because you worked out hard doesnt mean you should go piggin out on the stuff that made you fat in the first place…
