  8. The point of these collabo albums is to give shine to other rappers using techs name and fanbase as promotion. MLK and Sickology 101 might have well been considered (solo) because they were fire. Gates Mixed Plate was extremely lackluster…Im hoping Tech comes through with Welcome To Strangeland or he will start watering down his amazing catalog of albums with these “collabos”.

    re shake, i think you made the all-too-easy mistake of thinking “compilation” when you read “collaboration” – compilation typically means more or less mixtape/unofficial hits mix…. any group that puts out an album is collaborating…. collaboration=group effort, compilation=collected set
