Tame One (of The Artifacts) Interview w/ Wax Poetics (Video)

Tame One, of the newly reunited Artifacts squad, gives Wax Poetics TV the dirty-low-down on the state of hip-hop and the record industry in 2011.

Wax Poetics is the only print media I support. Period. All that other shit is way too watered down and corny. Props to them good dudes over at T.R.O.Y. / Philaflava.

  1. That’s Them is one one of my favorite albums. Tame is a true spitter. Can’t wait to hear some new shit from him and El

  2. Yes! Justice I like your steez, Wax Poetics is the only music print media I subscribe to (don’t hate on all other print media, some great zines out there…I also subscribe to Nat. Geo, New Yorker etc…oops wrong crowd I think)

  3. Fuck yes. Tamer Dee is one of the best ever. His last few albums have kind of been a step back though. He’s flow is missing. He spits like 2 bars then pauses for a bar, then spits another bar and pauses for a few bars. It’s like where he used to just go for 16 bars straight he now pauses for like 5 or 6 of them. Anyway, he’s still the man. El is dope too.

  4. THE ARTIFACTS are (2)DOPE.

  5. Whether in graffiti or rhyming, Tame is nasty with it…Between a Rock… and That’s Them are two of my favorite albums of all time…dope video…

  6. haha that was really cool.. he’s a funny dude.. always liked the guy from artifacts and leak bros and when rappers attack and the rest.. seems like one of those guys that just lives for the culture hey..
