Taking the WTT approach, Wayne is giving iTunes the exclusive release of Tha Carter IV on Sunday at midnight (after the MTV VMAs air).

Wayne is mad overrated by many, but mad over-hated by many, such as most of the people on this site as well. 6’7 & How To Love are both Top 10 hits already, and since She Will stayed #1 on itunes all last week, I imagine it’ll be one too. This is a good marketing scheme and Carter IV is at least going to do about 400k.

    a million downloads for his S4TW isn’t even anything special. Ish is free…. i didn’t even care for it.
    I’m not doubting his ability to make this platinum because it’s gonna – but it has mediocre buzz and it’s just internet. and most of his fans are teenagers who aren’t gonna spend a dollar on a cd.
