6. ^i completely agree. i like a couple of tracks off recovery but most of it was pretty shitty. he ain’t the same em anymore, which sucks. prolly wouldn’t go to war with the mormons anymore, or grow a beard get weird and go into the mountains. it sucks cuz he was, in my opinion the greatest lyracist ever. even if you don’t like what he was saying, the dude had unreal flow and lyrical ability.

8. billy pilgrim< hes always done pretty corny stuff for singles (see.."the real slim shady") he just can rap REALLY REALLY GREAT. and can make great songs. but this was chosen purely for the beat and hooks cos the ppl that dont bother to listen to rap wont need to cos they gonna love the hook n beat it is wat is it…royce's last shot at making it big (hell always do well on the underground circuit i think hes proved) and em continuing to capitalize on his brand. eminem is a POP star. and him "hating" on pop acts..well that was his angle cos he wasnt 1 yet..and also he needed controversy to SELL records n bring attention.

9. People expect rappers to stay the same their whole lives. Why are we allowed to grow up but not them? I’m glad to see Em going the route he is going, career-wise and in his life. 13. he was the best selling artist during the first decade, of anyone, by a long shot. and he took a 5 year hiatus. i don’t really think he needs a ton of money. i have all eminems albums btw. and his singles may have been “corny as hell” i personally don’t think they were, but they were lyrical as hell too. he used to not give a fuck what anyone thought, and he didn’t want to be a pop act. he just wanted to be a rapper. if you listen to his first 4 albums you’d know that. encore was him bein really fuckin high and relapse was, fuckin weird. he has made 3 pop songs, not afraid lighters and love the way you lie. i don’t see how you can say he wanted to be a pop star before his last couple albums. have you listened to his stuff? say goodbye to hollywood for example, he’s sayin fuck this i don’t want to be famous anymore. and you’re tellin me he wanted to be a pop star from that? and SSLP was big and that was before he was dissin people, other than his mom, so i don’t think that was a move to sell records. i don’t expect him to stay the same at all, i’m glad he’s moved away. there are songs on recovery i love, WTP Seduction Space Bound Cold Wind etc. i just don’t like how he throws a pop hit in there wtih Rihannah. em doesn’t need that to sell records. he has a big enough following. i still love the dude, support him and enjoy his music, i just don’t like the poppy radio hits.

21. Don’t understand the hate at all, Em still kiss these tracks. I don’t care much for Love The Way You Lie but this is slick. Also the track with pink “Won’t Back Down” was hot and not really pop, that was played as theme music for COD. And Skylar Grey isn’t really pop but it’s all good, people like what they like. I fuck with this track, Hell: The Sequel is classic for an EP

29. This song/video are both pretty corny if you ask me. Just b/c it’s a hit doesn’t automatically mean you have to like it. I haven’t really been checkin for Em since Relapse dropped. His music isn’t the same. Jay-Z evolved but still retained himself in his music. Em seems like a totally different person. And not even just his lyrics his flow is no where near as smooth and effortless as it once was. Em fell off.
