Cool visuals,

For a better representation of the album release party was like, watch this video. He performs “Dope” and a snippet of “The Prayer”. L.A. Riot was a dope album, peep the video.

it seemed like UNI was gonna make it big, sad to see them break up
also sad to see that no one cares about their solo projects
truth said this on August 19th, 2011 at 4:02 pm
@da bull…I see no pumpfaking. L.A. RIOT is truly better than WTT

@truth thurz solo album needed to happen. it’s really great
subjectbatter said this on August 19th, 2011 at 4:25 pm
stop talking about U-N-I. This album is waaay better than anything U-N-I has put out and I am a U-N-I fan since Fried Chicken and Watermelon. L.A. Riot is stronger than Section 80

L.A. Riot is one of the few releases of 2011 that come close to Section.80

The album bangs hard. This is only the beginning.

I talked track-by-track through the album with Thurz just before it’s release. He talks about all the concepts behind the songs…
Check it here if you’re interested

Booo I want UNI I like thruz and YO but I’m not interested in them separately. Together they have a nice dynamic. I might listened to this when I get over the split.

All it takes is for 1 person to cosign an artist to get all the cum-gobblers to dick ride

@ T-Byrd Yeah, you’re right your video got more views. Yours got posted on this website which gets probably a couple of hundred thousand views a day. I also don’t see where you brought the term “plagiarizer” (that’s not a word by the way) into this perhaps you should check the dictionary before you try to use big words next time buddy. Using something an artist releases themselves isn’t plagiarism. But as I recall, you were the one at the event with a camera way better than mine, and yet you still were begging me for my footage… Funny how that works. But anyways, you can go and look at my videos and see that my footage and editing may not be the best but the difference being is that I’m an 18 year old kid who does this as a hobby whereas you’re a 45 year old balding man who can’t even make a sub-par video. But go right on ahead thinking that you’re the dopest.
Anyhow, I would have to agree that L.A. Riot is right up there with Section80 – I don’t think that you could compare it to Watch The Throne because they are two completely different albums. Section80 and L.A. Riot were similar in subject matter, Watch The Throne was Ye and Hov just rapping about what their lives are like now, and no one should expect any less. They’re rich dudes so expect them to rap about their flashy lives.

@ Youthful Kinfolk
T-Byrd isn’t the one who made the video, I did. That’s my business partner and my brother, so keep it respectful. His post was in response to your comment, “for a better representation..”, so I understand where he’s coming from. Your comment on my video is a bit of a hater move. This video is more-so for Thurz, for his uprising, not our multimedia company. If you wanted to push you own video, you could have said something to the extent of, “nice video, if you wanna see MORE footage from Thurz’s release party, check out http://www.whatever...” I watched your video, and it was cool, I had no major issues with it. It’s almost 10 mins long whereas mine is under three mins, they don’t compare.
Anyway, I’m proud that my video made 2dopeboyz, their site is dope and they obviously thought the same about my video. So good lookin’ to them and that bbq a few weeks ago was SMACKIN’. Where’s the footage from that?
Up-top is dope, I’m dope, I’m Up-Top.

Hahahaha are these idiots actually arguing over this?
The album sucks anyways, thursday sucks alone, yo sucks even more alone
I don’t see how anyone in their right mind is gonna compare this release to jay and kanye, are you fucking kidding me?
WTT is gonna sell over a million copies soon, not a couple hundred buys on iTunes
Yes the internet is an amazing and vital tool today, but the world is bigger than the internet, there’s big money moving all around, open your eyes
