DOWNLOAD: Danny Brown – XXX (Album) | Mediafire

Shit is bonkers, this has to be one of the most unique releases of the year besides Zeroh and the latest Shabazz Palaces…DB trolls so many people with this one too, but still manages to make it all sound dope as hell.
^^ “unique” is usually another way of making an excuse for it being wack. That way when people say it’s wack, the stans just say stuff like “you just don’t like different stuff”. lol
Dope. As. Fuck.
Word that’s true, but being dope, funny, and off-kilter is what Danny Brown is all about. I feel like if you’re a returning fan then the album won’t be all that different to you….Any word on a retail physical release?
Yo i fux with D.Brown hard and was expecting a dope ass album but honestly he didnt deliver IMO. Damnnit i HATE when this shit happens
Dannys obviously dope as usual but the production on this really lets it down
we need that black and brown ep
I think the production hits more than it misses, but I don’t understand why he didn’t get any big Detroit producers on this (no Apollo Brown) and I was hoping for a Das Racist feature.
D. Brown and is unique voice is back!! i gotta say this tho: While D. Brown is nice if you look at just the rappers in his State and compare, do you think he’s top 5? jus in his own state?
@HiResDes bro Apollo Brown? haha, Nick Speed, House Shoes, and Quelle are BIG detroit producers (all on this album) these are the niggas Apollo studies, do your homework, and Danny has already worked with Apollo
Top 5 in the D (no order):
Black Milk
Elzhi
Guilty Simpson
Finale
Tie between
Journalist/One Be Lo
Danny Brown is on that goof troop hip hop. He aint Top 5.
HUGE disappointment this shit here is
@bmore14
how you gonna forget phat kat , em, moe dirdee, fat ray
blacks cool on the mic but alot better on the boards
Been waiting on this since the Hybrid dropped. XXX was a solid release and I’m glad he went left with the beat production because he still has Black and Brown dropping with Black Milk, so I wouldn’t wanna just hear him on soul beats every release. I liked about 3 songs from this album, but Danny is far from done! Lyrics are on point!
^ true shit i 4got bout Black-n-Brown..i guess that explains alot. XXX is pretty whack to me tho
“you soft as Elvin off the Cosby’s. my niggas down to do a homi”
#BRUSIER
—a dying metaphor—
Yo, I dont like the way he dress, but this shit is fuckin’ dope!
@ 1- To me Em is the ALL TIME GREATEST you know. I was listing the current Top 5 on the come up.
Out of the names you listed, Fat Ray is the only head I would possibly list.
Danny Brown is that dude!
I was jus saying how Danny Brown is dope but he may not be top 5 in his city..but that jus goes to show how much talent is in the D or just say the state of Michigan..some others that havent been mentioned are Buff 1, Quest McCody, T3, P.L. some younger cats like Big Sean and Willie the Kid are nice too.
Liked the production on the Hybrid better. Lyrics are on point though.
Frank Dukes has the best beats on XXX and his stuff on the Hybrid was par for the course. Don’t mind the direction of more atmospheric beats but would’ve liked to have seen more from Dukes along with 14KT (prior stuff with Danny Brown is ill), Danny Swain (ditto), Mainframe, Samiyam, Gaslamp Killer, etc.
Just think it could’ve been executed better. There isn’t a beat like Nowhere to Go, Shootin Moves, the Nana Song, or S.O.S. on here imo.
u guys kiddin the beats are next level shit better recogniz
@ J.O. word. We should throw Invincible in the mix too.
Just gave it a listen and it’s dope but I think I still likeThe Hybrid better, I’ll have to listen a few more times.
19 songs. No skits. The way it should be!
Anyone realize that ya boy Frank Dukes been killin the production game ever since he won that contest a while back. Probably always been killin’ it. But he’s definitely gotten his name out there in the last year or so.
album is soooooooo dope the best shit to come out in a minute.
however i do still feel the hybrids a little bit better… that shits just classic
but lyrics are on fuckin point as always with danny brown
drums aint hittin hard enough
never been able to get into this guy, might check it out solely for the brandun deshay beats….
Been a fan of DB since I heard him on Jay Stay Paid. Hes dope, really dope to me, but how can u not list Royce. Be serious with yourself.
@Bmore14 one be lo is from pontiac not detroit, you also forgettin big herk, helleva and obie, the first two might only be known in my state tho…
BIG SEAN AND DAS RACIST GET THE FUCK OUTTA HERE
DANNY BROWN YOU BITCHES HE WROTE THIS SHIT IN PAC BLOOD
a lot of people that pass themselves off as hip hop heads are fucking sheep!…..Wake people and get off the bandwagon!….#clowns!
danny brown sounding like he been listening to wayyyy too many tyler the creator beats…obvious ass influence…for sure…the beats sound like a tyler beat mixed with some other shit…doesnt hack it.

some of yall are trippin badly man….this is shit is fuckin bonkers!!!!!! hybrid WAS better, we all know that, but I think this is good enough to follow up the hybrid…DANNY BROWN: DA CRACKHEAD WITH BARS
