  3. the whole tape is full of DC hip-hop artists…DC being the nation’s capitol, the name makes perfect sense in the metaphoric sense. plus Pun’s album was “Capital Punishment”. very big difference between the definitions of “capital” and “capitol”. y’all gotta stop reaching for comparisons, man. just enjoy the music.

  4. uhhh lol there is literally no difference between them, look it up squid, i just did. and actually the dictionary doesnt even reckognize the capitol spelling, only with a A L., wiki does though lol not reaching for comparisons, just saying when theres been something with that name on some classic shit already, it should not be touched, kinda like the number 23 in basketball or 42 in baseball… especially since pun is not with us.

  5. lol @ squid. that actually was pretty funny. the point remains, though…to feel like only one person can use a phrase or title is ignorance at its finest. if that’s the case, Jay-Z couldn’t have dropped “The Blueprint” because Kool G Rap did years ago, for example. the focus should be on the music…somehow, people that comment on blogs forgot that over the years. if an album is called “Shittin’ On A Donkey While Dropping Acid” and the music is dope, i’mma listen cuz the music is dope, no matter the title…that’s all i’m saying lol.
