Skillz – Yeah… So What

Before any of y’all start jumping to conclusions, no, this is not a direct diss at ‘Ye or Hov. But if any of y’all know Skillz’s back catalogue, you know damn well he could hang with the best of ‘em. LOL @ the Oran Juice Jones line.

  1. Oh, so when it’s Skillz, it’s not a Jay+Ye diss, but when it’s Game, it’s a diss? Riding dickkkkkkks.

  2. hell yea Skillz does his thang his pen game is off the chain he has written for some of the big name m.c in the game thanks dopeboyz keep posting that real!

  3. Ive heard some bad rapping before but this has to be some of the sloppiest bars ive ever heard. His timing was off a little , his delivery was terrible , his punchlines were soft and his wordplay had barely any skills. I think he should Watch the Throne the most cause thinking he can go against Jay is crazy. At least Game has the multi platinum success of the Documentary on his resume and a history of lyrical beef with damn near everybody. Skills just need to do his year end rap up songs and stay underground where hes safe at.

  4. how did he NOT diss ye and hov?

  5. @confused

    Word. Smh

  6. In my opinion, neither Game, Skillz, Jay, or Ye did right by this beat.

  7. Skillz does not get a pass for doing this. he couldn’t wait?

  8. NOT Bad… !!! NOT bad @ all…

  9. Skillz needs to do the Rap Up tracks, and that’s IT. this is weak. he needs to increase his vocab, all his lines sound the same.

best from Virgina? is this dude serious? i’ll take Pusha-T, please.

  10. “you know you need it like ricky need that sports bra” hahahahahahhahahahahahahahaahahahahahahahahahahahahahhaahahahaahha lmfaoooooo

  11. Best from VA = Skateboard P

  12. It’s a diss, he’s basically saying Ye & Jay’s track was weak (it kinda was) & he’s can do it better.

Skillz is a ghostwriter, but he’s a complete failure as a solo artist. He has no classic albums or songs and is a once a year wonder with that “rap up” shit.. sorry but it’s true.

  13. Not bad, not good, just average. Sounds like some shots were taken, but who cares? These dudes are really clowning themselves by dissing more popular artists. Most ppl have grown out of the whole diss/beef era. Now it just sounds like hate or bitterness. Not really a fan of Skillz, he has some bars, but some of the lines were corny: “I cut a rapper hands off, tell him feel his self”. Let me channel my inner Ed Lover, C’MON SON!

  14. This was okay, but the delivery was a bit off. His Rap Up shit be on point though.

    (@Otis in general

Song is getting mixed reviews, but I just want to point out the people that really aren’t cosigning this just because of the name or the brand and actually have the balls to speak out against the status quo: Skillz (of course), Game (joking, but still), The Source and Cee-Lo Green.)

  15. What did Cee-Lo say?

  16. @chris
“I didn’t love it. You know what? I think it did what it’s supposed to do. It’s supposed to come across like a trailer to it,”

“I love Jay. I love Kanye, and I especially love them together. You almost kind of think it’s a sure thing, but on a realistic expectation… And I think a song like that can help diffuse it and bring it back down to where it’s realistic again.”
