  1. Mixtape from J. Cole is always welcomed.

  2. I LOVE JCOLES PENIS

  3. I have yet to hear work out on the radio…

  4. all these Underground Rappers do is TALK TALK TALK.. TALK ABOUT THIS AND TALK ABOUT THAT…PUT OUT SOME MUSIC!!!!

  5. ^
    this.

  6. “I have yet to hear work out on the radio”

Technically, I haven’t either. But I didn’t hear My Last on the radio at all and that was a moderate hit. That may be just cuz I live in Atlanta though…-_-

  7. THERE COMES A TIME IN EVERY MAN’S LIFE WHEN HE HAS TO LET IT GO…

TIME FOR COLE TO LET IT GO AS A RAPPER.

ALL THIS MAN DOES IS TALK ABOUT WHAT HE GONNA DO.

AND ALL WE KEEP GETTIN IS WORK OUT, WHICH IS A OFFICIALLY A FLOP BY THE WAY. NO VIDEO WILL SAVE THAT HORRID DEBUT SINGLE.

HIS TALK OF KANYE SWITCHING HIS STYLE UP AND REMAINING TRUE.

PARDON ME, I HAD TO LAUGH AT THAT.

KANYE SOLD OUT, AS HE SAID IN THE GOOD LIFE, 50 SAID… GO AHEAD SWITCH YA STYLE UP, AND IF THEY HATE, LET’EM HATE AND WATCH THE MONEY PILE UP.

JUST BECAUSE A PERSON IS EXPERIMENTING WITH THEIR MUSIC DOES NOT MEAN IT’S GOOD MUSIC (NO PUN INTENDED). KANYE GOT PROGRESSIVELY WORSE ON ALBUMS.

YEAH I SAID IT, COLLEGE DROPOUT > LATE REGISTRATION = GRADUATION >>> 808′S = MDBTF

THAT LAST ALBUM WAS OF A MAN REACHING TO STAY RELEVANT. NOTHING HE DID ON THAT ALBUM WAS INNOVATIVE. IT WAS A BUNCH OF FEATURES AND UNINSPIRED INSTRUMENTALS. 808′S WAS A JOKE (SHOUT OUTS TO KANYE BEING SO HEARTLESS ON THAT ALBUM). GRADUATION HAD LACKLUSTER SONGS LIKE DRUNK AND HOT GIRLS, BARRY BONDS, AND HOMECOMING (THE JOHN LEGEND ORIGINAL IS SO MUCH MORE BETTER AND SOULFUL). LATE REGISTRATION HAD SOME OF KANYE’S BEST BEATS BUT ONCE AGAIN, TOO MANY FEATURES THAT WERE NOT ORGANIC OR EVEN NECESSARY.

COLLEGE DROPOUT WAS THE BEST YE. AND AFTER THAT HE GRADUALLY FELL OFF.

COLE’S DROPOUT EQUIVALENT WAS THE WARM-UP AND I SUSPECT HIS DEBUT WILL TRY FOR A GRADUATION SOUND… BUT I DO NOT EVEN THINK HE CAN PULL OFF A GRADUATION QUALITY OF SONGS, BECAUSE OF WORK OUT AND LOST ONES ALONE, TWO UNINSPIRED AND UNORIGINAL TRACKS.

COLE IS 3 MONTHS AWAY FROM DROPPING HIS DEBUT IS TRYING TO SELL THE WORLD ON BEING A MASTERMIND. PLEASE…

I HAVE STILL YET TO CONSISTENTLY HEAR WORK OUT ON THE RADIO, AND IM IN NY.

    AND FINAL POINT.

CLASSIC = TIMELESS, AGELESS, LONG LASTING

HOW CAN YOU MAKE A CLUB SONG AND SAY IT IS TIMELESS. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THERE ARE NO CLUBS. OR MAKE A WHIP SONG, AND PEOPLE CANNOT AFFORD GAS IN THEIR CARS. OR MAKE A BASS KNOCKIN BEAT, WHEN MOST PEOPLE DON’T OWN GOOD SOUND SYSTEMS OUTSIDE OF THEIR COMPUTERS.

YOUR SONGS WILL BE SHORT LIVED COLE. CLASSICS DO NOT CONFINE THEMSELVES TO A TYPE, GENRE, OR CULTURE. THEIR MESSAGES RESONATE BEYOND IT ALL.

YOU ARE NO PAC, LAURYN HILL, AND SO FORTH. YOU ARE A FAILED JOKE FOR TRICKING PEOPLE TO THINK YOU GOT IT ALL FIGURED OUT.

SAY WHAT’S UP TO YOUR YOUNGER BROTHER FOR ME, COLE. SEE YOU AT THE REUNION.

AND STOP TRYNA SOUND ALL SMART. YOU GOT A COMMUNICATIONS DEGREE, THE EASIEST DEGREE TO GET IN COLLEGE. IRONICALLY, YOU DO A LOT AWFULLY BORING INTERVIEWS. WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNED? NOTHING, BECAUSE YOU HARD HEADED, JUST LIKE YOU WERE IN GRADE SCHOOL. AND YA MOMMA SAID STOP HANGING AROUND THOSE KNUCKLEHEADS.

    BUT DID U LISTEN?

SORRY FOR THE TANGENT, IM JUST TIRED OF ALL THIS TALK WITHOUT PROOF.

  8. If that mixtape drops… it better include temptations.

  9. @pauly dee my lasst is a hit it was the #1 rap song on billboard and work out hasn’t been on radio b/c columbia has to get behind it still

  10. @Pauly Dee , people keep saying they dont hear My Last on the radio but thats one of the most played radio songs so far this year. Just saying

  11. Most played as far as hip hop songs go. As for J Cole – no comment

  12. marty mcfly

I’ve heard it once or twice down here in Lousiana. But when I’m down in Georgia I NEVER hear it. IDK, maybe it just depends on the state that your in.

  13. *you’re

  14. We goin’ in on Ye now, Black Snow?

  15. the proof comes 9/27/11 #75Days
Also @black snow, how do you see lost ones as uninspired???

  16. i never heard my last either and im from the bay area and coles song was #7 on the itunes hip-hop/rap section but it dropped to like 13 now

  17. @Black Snow , I think you need to reevaluate how you look at Kayne. You say he sold out but his first single was about his car accident and how he still was rapping even though his mouth was wired shut. Then he dropped All Falls Down which had a message , then he dropped Jesus Walks which again had a message. Then he put out Slow jams and Work out plan. On his 2nd album he dropped Diamonds from Sierra Leone which again had a message. On his third album he put out Cant tell Me Nothing first which is hip hop to the fullest and Homecoming was dope. On his last album people always over look Power which even at the moment I dont think no song can fuck with that other then maybe H.A.M which is another one of his songs. I could go on and on but other then his one bad album , I doubt we’ll see another Kanye West in this lifetime.

  18. @CHRIS

LOST ONES IS UNINSPIRED AND UNORIGINAL BECAUSE IT IS LIKE JOE

    BUDDEN’S THREE SIDES TO A STORY MEETS PAC’S BRENDA’S GOT A BABY.

THE ABORTION TOPIC IS NOTHING NEW IN TO RAP. HIS PRESENTATION OF THE STORY IS NOTHING NEW. AND HIS LYRICS ARE MEDIOCRE.

THE FACT THAT HE CUSSES EXCESSIVELY TO ILLUSTRATE A POINT OF HEATED DEBATE WILL KEEP THAT SONG FROM BEING GRAMMY NOMINATED. IM NOT SAYING CUSSING WILL HINDER IT, IT’S THE UNNECESSARY USE OF IT.

LASTLY, THE FINALIZED BEAT IS A REHASHED LOSIN MY BALANCE. EXPECT A GUITAR SOLO AND INSTRUMENTATION.

EVEN NICK CANNON HAD A MORE ORIGINAL IDEA ABOUT ABORTION WITH HIS SONG, CAN I LIVE.

BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD, COLE. THE TOPIC IS PLAYED OUT AND U DO NOTHING TO REFRESH IT.

  19. @MARTY

KANYE SOLD OUT AFTER LATE REGISTRATION… GRADUATION WAS HIS ATTEMPT AT WINNING A GRAMMY ALBUM OF THE YEAR. HE TRIED SO HARD, GREAT EFFORT, BUT FAILED.

POWER IS A GREAT BEAT. THE LYRICS ITSELF IS MEH. AND IT IS NOT OVER MY HEAD. I KNOW WHAT HE WAS SPEAKING OF, BUT IT JUST SOUNDED WACK. HAM IS AWFUL. THAT IS LIKE WORK OUT TO ME.

AND YOUR COMMENT JUST PROVES MY POINT, HE WENT FROM HAVING AN ALBUM FILLED WITH LISTENABLE TRACKS, TO ONE OR TWO SONGS.

    HE FELL OFF.

  20. @Black Snow , also Kanye 2nd album had Heard Em Say as a single before Golddigger and Drive Slow ( Which also had a message ) and his Touch the Sky Video is the reason why Lupe became a mainstream artist and not just a mixtape artist. Reminder that is all. Back to J Cole news…

  21. J. Cole isn’t even trying to push work out. All he did was link it on twitter n that was it.

Black Snow wrote a fukin life story lmao no1 is reading that bruh. Get a life, eat some pussy. I don’t even write that long @ school. Took all that effort just to say you dislike someone, that’s the definition of a hater.

  22. @KRISPYKREME

IS LIFE IS JUST SEX TO YOU. YOU’RE THE ONE THAT NEEDS TO GET A LIFE, AND MAYBE GO TO SCHOOL OR HIT THE STREETS AND LEARN A LITTLE BIT.

I’LL BE A HATER. AND YOU BE A STAN.

DIFFERENCE IS, I KNOW COLE. U DON’T AND STILL DEFEND HIM LIKE HE’S PAYING YOUR BILLS.

  23. Its funny that Meek mill has a bigger hit record out with im a boss and he doesnt even have an album planned yet and wale is releasing a single for his SECOND ALBUM today just proves j.cole is on the wrong label niggaz that rocafella dysnaty wit state property and shit was jay-z’s work that was all dame dash when it comes to music jay-z doesnt know what to do with other rappers besides his self kanye=dames work also kanye is on jay-z nuts when beanie sigel was the first person to let him have a verse

  24. FYI just cuz you type in all caps doesnt make your argument louder/better…just makes you lose alot of credibility

  25. Na man, let me say Fuck J Cole 4 not putting out some real shit. I’m not defending him, I’m saying the nigga is failing @ promoting his shit.

  26. @PILLSBURYDOPEBOY

I USE CAPS NOT TO SCREAM, BUT TO BE DIFFERENT.

I WOULD ITALICIZE IF I COULD.

AND IF U MAD ABOUT ANOTHER MAN’S TYPE, U MUST BE LACKING SOMEWHERE ELSE. GET A GRIP AND A TAMPON, U MIGHT BE BLEEDING TO DEATH.

  27. @ Black Snow

COLE HAS AN OLDER BROTHER YOU IDIOT, NOT YOUNGER
& HE MINORED IN BUSINESS, I TOOK BUSINESS IN HIGHSCHOOL, ITS NOT THAT EASY

BUT YOU KNOW COLE ? RIIIIGGGHHHTTTT

  28. @ Black Snow
get a job dude, or a girl at least. i couldnt give less of a fuck whether u like cole or not, ur entitled to ur opinion, but if you’ve got so much time on ur hands then make ur own blog. maybe that’ll help u realize how many ppl wanna hear u bitch about j cole all day. do u like any artists? if you spent half the time u spend bitchin about cole actually pushing an artist u care about then you’d help the music u like gain a lil popularity. all ur negativity just makes u seem like a jealous piece of shit to b honest

  29. @SIMBA

NICE TO SEE U UP ON THE YA HOMEWORK.

STILL DON’T CHANGE THE FACT THAT I KNOW HIM.

KEEP TRYNA DISCREDIT ME. IT’S LAUGHABLE.

  30. @THE REAL

    U SOUND NEGATIVE AND SENSITIVE.

I JUST SOUND EXHAUSTED BY ALL THIS HYPE.

    WANT TO ASSUME SOME MORE?

  31. @Black Snow…..you a dick riding fake ass NYC/Brooklyn….I prefer the hate coming from him thank you

  32. @black snow
I’m not assuming anything. you’ve been commenting on posts for over an hour now, you wrote a good full page essay up there, the last time u commented on a j cole post i was looking over it and u were commenting for 5 HOURS. u have no life dude, its not an assumption, ur creepy obsession with cole is pretty evident. who’s your favorite up and coming artist if you dont mind me asking? im curious

btw kanyes last album was called an instant classic by numerous blogs, magazines, and ppl who actually get paid to critique music unlike you. i didnt even like the project that much but i’d sure as hell take there word over yours

  33. Black Snow…I want you to name a list of your top 10 rappers RIGHT NOW nigga. NO FRONTIN. Type that shit. The rappers you bump NOWADAYS and don’t give me no ”Pac, Big Jay Nas” cliche shit. Write a list nigga.

  34. the majority of rappers talk shit on records. on the record…this nigga A. Hole talks shit on every interview. the explanation of using Paula Abdul’s “straight up” really brought out how corny this nigga really is. what’s next? is he gonna be a “blame it on the rain” Milli Vanilli nigga. A. Hole is not balanced enough to be respected as an lyricist or crossover artist. he never improved, and he always talks like he knows the business, but shows how really inexperienced he really is in these interviews. bottom line, he’s frontin’. it’s all smoke and mirrors. while this nigga was playing the rap version of final fantasy dreaming of making records with 2pac these last 4 years, newer niggaz in the game cockblocked his spot. this nigga needs to stop it all ready with these mediocre mixtapes. he seems more involved in putting together some skits for a mixtape, than creating a believable radio hit for his album. releasing another mixtape sounds more like damage control for the “work out” disaster. A. HOLE YOU PAPOOSED YOURSELF!

  35. @THATREAL

WOW, CONGRATS. I POSTED FOR OVER 5 HOURS? OK.

    PROOF?

AS FAR AS WHAT YOU THINK I AM… KEEP ASSUMING.

IT DOES NOT BOTHER ME. I KNOW WHO I AM AND WHAT I DO FOR A LIVING.

IT’S ENOUGH ALLOW ME FREEDOM TO POST ON THIS SITE FOR AN HOUR AND STILL GET PAID.

NOW, WHAT IS IT THAT YOU DO AGAIN?

  36. GOOD POINT NYC/BROOKLYN.

COLE IS SCRAMBLING TO DAMAGE CONTROL THE WORK OUT FAILURE.

    ENOUGH SAID.

  37. @black snow
i’m a sport management student at one of the top 3 programs in the country and i work 2 jobs…and i kno wat a vagina feels like. idc wat u do dude. who’s ur favorite up and comer? answer the question

  38. Y’know, Black Snow & NYC/BROOKLYN…it must take a lot of work ethic to type all of these paragraphs up. Work ethic that you could be putting towards ACTUAL WORK. Just sayin is all.

  39. btw work out just debuted at #85 on billboards hot 100. thats higher than black and yellow. no push from columbia yet and no video. enough said

  40. @THAT REAL

    BIG KRIT > EVERY NEWCOMER

    @PAULY DEE

I HAVE EARNED MORE COLLEGIATE DEGREES THEN YOU COULD EVER DREAM OF. I OWN MY OWN BUSINESS. AND IM NOT EVEN 25 YET.

    WHO AM I?

A YOUNG MAN WHO WORKED HARD AT AN EARLY AGE AND NOW GETS TO PLAY ALL DAY. THANKS TO GOD AND MOMMA FOR RAISING HER SON RIGHT.

  41. ^^^Yeah, I just saw that a few minutes ago…

Meanwhile, How To Love is at #8…SMH

  42. @Black Snow

Internet fantasies are the greatest, no?

  43. I’d value having a communications degree.

  44. @PAULY DEE

YOU TELL ME. I LIVE REALITY. DON’T ASSUME. JUST ASK.

  45. 1: Communications is just as if not bigger than big oil.
2: It’s a degree…not everyone can say they have one at all.

  46. @black snow
big krits good, i respect that. kendrick lamar is better in my book but big krits top 3 to me. wats the name of this business? i have a really hard time believing that statement and the fact that u have multiple degrees. proof would b nice. a link to the businesses website maybe?

  47. @Black snow…we dont believe you, you….know the rest.
That link you have takes people to a web domain.

Not saying you HAVE to, but do you have something a little more convincing?

  48. @Black Snow , Big Krit is cool but I give it to Jay Electronica and if you really know J Cole then why you so mad at him. If I really knew him I would say all the shit I say on 2dbz to his face so hopefully he would listen and pick better singles in the future.

  49. CLICK ON THE NAME NOW.

STILL WORKING ON MAKING THE PUBLICATION BETTER.

THIS IS MORE THAN DREAM. AND IT’S ONLY A SIDE HUSTLE.

    MOMMA LOOK AT ME NOW.

  50. Man JCole lost like a year ago we still dropping youtube videos of him talking?

  51. I love how this turned into a J Cole conversation into a everyone versus Black Snow topic haha. But im not exactly sure how everyone thinks Kanye sold out but maybe thats just my opinion. Be thankful Kanye makes great music unlike many rappers that make millions off token rap about money cars clothes and hoes with no substance or back story at all.

  52. Regardless…im still excited to hear what J.Cole is going to release

  53. @BLACK SNOW

…..SHUT THE FUCK UP! “Kanye getting worse”? you are out of your fucking mind. Grad>>>>college dropout>>>808′s>>>late reg>>>>mbdtf and ALLLL of the albums are good.

  54. @ Marty Mcfly you are a hater. I’m a fan of most of the artist you mentioned. B.o.B is a horrible artist by the way. Cole has reflective lyrics based on his experiences. This video is a day in the life piece. Fans and detractors alike can see a more relaxed side of J.cole. Regardless of what you think about his music he is a consummate professional. Cole is an emerging artist. Big Sean had the same issue as Cole, His album was suppose to come out since the second finally famous mix tape . Big sean’s mixtapes irrefutably surpass his debut album which is commercially successful. I actually purchased Big Sean’s debut and still bump the mix tapes so you can’t say I’m a hater just an honest fan. Big Krit is a great artist but mentally he isn’t ready to transition into the big leagues. TO use the J cole basketball metaphor Krit is happy playing playing college ball. Drake is the most well rounded lyricist currently active in the game. I say well rounded meaning commercially and critically successful. Many talented artist aren’t commercially viable because people don’t listen to lyrics people like beats and hooks. I like lyricism but I respect a good beat. Wale’s album quite possibly will be classified as a classic retroactively yet its a commercially a flop. J cole may never have a smash hit but he may have a number one album because he does have a wide range of fans- black, white, hispanic, asian, middle eastern/indian, hipsters and the hood. He is a real guy. Although Cole hasn’t the career of Nas, I feel he will be the same type of artist. I watched the Behind the scenes vidoe of ” Ghetto Dreams’ . I compared the careers of Nas and Common to that of Jay-z and Kanye. the timing of ghetto dreams and Watch The Throne. Nas was a commercially viable artist in another era. He will always be a critically acclaimed artist because he is one of the most talented to ever do it. J cole is a lyricist emerging in an odd time. He could win album of the year and still not have even a gold album. Honestly if you are a fan and you don’t buy his album but instead download it you don’t have a right to talk about what you He should do !!! I’m looking forward to the album Cole has 2 good mix tapes and one classic mix tape Friday Night Lights. His latest mixtape will be good too !

  55. this video better http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKKPD27No2o

  56. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG IN WHAT J COLE IS SAYING IN THIS VIDEO. I WISH MORE ARTISTS CAN GIVE HONEST INTERVIEWS LIKE J COLE.

  57. Another life story, dudes need 2 stop typing So much because no1 is reading that essay bullshit
